OverviewThis is a hands-on fully immersive interactive course focusing upon managing the acute cardiac emergencies in the A&E department.

This course is designed for Junior and Middle grade doctors participating in on call acute medical rota and those working in Acute Medicine and Accidents & Emergency teams.

The aim of the course is to expose the learner to acute cardiac emergency simulations, focusing on clinical presentations that may not be frequently encountered in clinical practice but are key components of the trainee’s curriculum.

You will develop knowledge in the management of emergency cardiac presentations and be exposed to high fidelity simulations of cardiac emergencies, thus recreating the resuscitation room environment and allowing the development of ‘non-technical’ skills.
